Melanotan I

Melanotan I (afamelanotide) is a synthetic linear analog of α-MSH and the only melanocortin agonist with FDA clinical validation in dermatology research. Studies have explored its activity at melanocortin receptors and role in melanogenesis, photoprotection, and pigmentation research models. Each vial contains lyophilized peptide.
