What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, and Solana (SOL) through BTCPay — meaning no bank, no ID, and no chargebacks. Your order is confirmed the moment your transaction reaches one network confirmation, typically within minutes.
How fast do you ship?
All orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation. US standard arrives in 3–5 business days ($15) and expedited 2-day shipping is $30 — free on all orders over $100. International orders take 7–14 business days with full tracking.
Is shipping discreet?
Always. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of Amino Pure, peptides, or contents on the outside. International customs declarations list contents as research chemicals as required by law.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
We've got you covered. If a vial arrives damaged, mislabeled, or missing from your order, send a photo to support within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no return required. All other sales are final due to the nature of research compounds.
Are your products for human consumption?
No. Every Amino Pure compound is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified researcher.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis?
Absolutely — and we encourage you to ask. A batch-specific COA showing HPLC purity (≥99%) and mass spec identity is available for every product we ship. Email support with your order number and we'll send it within one business day.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized vials store best in a freezer (-20°C or below) in their original sealed packaging and remain stable for 2+ years. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 28–30 days. Don't see bac water in your order? Add a vial for $15.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to research labs in 40+ countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. A handful of countries have customs restrictions on research compounds — if you're unsure, message support before ordering and we'll confirm eligibility within hours.
